Equipped with JAC’s ISC® system, the new ECO+ 600 slicer meets a specific
demand of the international bakery market by offering, as an option,
the possibility of two slice thicknesses.
The tilting front cover conceals a crumb collector with a large capacity.
The machine starts up automatically after the loaf has been inserted when
the user closes the top safety cover. The cover opens automatically at the
end of the slicing process.
This machine has 3 options:
• A lateral blowing device for bags
• A 3-position selector: 2 slicing speeds and ISC® assistance
• Two different slice thicknesses on the same cutting frame
(30/30 distribution)
