18-10 stainless steel top 20/10 thickness. Free-standing. Fully sealed cooking plates, fitted with thermal protection devices. Each 4 Kw plate is controlled by a 5-position switch.  AISI 430 s/s static oven with removable S/s guides. Thermostat control 30-300°C.
