Valve  controlled removable burners with double/ single crown burner cap, pilot light and flame failure, high output even on small burner diameters for better heat distribution over pan bottom, thanks to the special angle of incidence of the flame: one single crowned burner rated at 4 kw Ø 80 mm, two double crowned burners rated at kW 7 Ø 110 mm; three double crowned burner rated at kW 10 Ø 130 mm.
